Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bonnie Bee Honey website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and will contact you before processing.
2. Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through PayFast. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified. You'll receive an order confirmation email with an attached invoice once your payment is confirmed.
3. Stock Availability
We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but availability isn't guaranteed. If an item you've ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or an agreed alternative.
4. Pickup Only — No Delivery
Bonnie Bee Honey is local pickup only. We do not deliver or ship orders. Once your order is packed and ready, we'll email you to arrange a collection time. Orders must be collected within a reasonable time of that notification — please contact us if you need more time.
5. Returns & Refunds
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at bzzbzz@woworks.co.za within 7 days of pickup so we can resolve it — whether that's a replacement or a refund. As honey is a perishable food product, change-of-mind returns can only be accepted for unopened, unused jars in their original packaging.
6. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our honey is intended for normal food consumption. As with any raw, unfiltered food product, please check for any personal dietary restrictions or allergies before consuming — in particular, honey should not be given to children under 12 months old due to the risk of infant botulism. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of that order.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
